Our stay was fabulous. We loved every minute of it. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had drinks and dinner outside at Longboard - everything was delicious. We reserved the King Oceanfront room, and it did not disappoint. The windows overlooking the ocean were humongous and amazing. Lovely room, very clean.

The location, the huge beach bar/restaurant and tiki bar. The outside seating and fire pit area. Pizza and ice cream place inside as well as a large sit down restaurant inside.

My husband was rushed to the hospital and was there for 2 days. Unfortunately, we did not get to enjoy anything on Wed and Thurs. We checked out very early on Friday. Not the vacation I expected! We loved the beach and tiki bar and just sitting and enjoying the surroundings.

Very clean and well maintained property. Staff was courteous and professional. Very clean and well maintained fitness facility. Recommend a visit to the Longboard Grill and Tiki Bar. Great menu and courteous, professional bartenders.

On arrival we was given room 135 ..it was awful. It was very tired and dark with the view making it even worse. We had a container directly near our window. We went to management and they give us a much nicer room with no fuss. The manager on duty was exceptional and sorted our issues out Breakfast was really nice with a great selection.

The hotel looked clean, smelled clean. This hotel is on the beach people. The shower had a regular shower head and a spray hose option. My favorite bathroom feature of all.

ocean access, outdoor shower, pool, on site amenities. We did not try the WAVES restaurant but did patron the longboard restaurant. There are quite a few local shops to go to for breakfast. Overall experience was lovely! We stayed on-site for all of our beach activities.

We liked everything about the property, from the location, to the awesome deck with the bars and the restaurant and the gelato and pizza place in the lobby for when we wanted something quick when we were on the go. Our room was very nice and modern and very clean. We were pleasantly surprised as we had never stayed here before and only found the property online. Our only regret is that we only reserved one night as we were trying out different beaches in Florida, but we will keep it in mind for our next trip to Cocoa Beach and will stay longer next time.
